What should I wear?
Loose clothes and shorts preferably. You will be covered by a towel at all times, only the area being treated will be exposed. You will usually be asked to remove your clothing and jewellery but not your underwear. Your therapist will leave the room to allow you to undress/dress and enable you to cover yourself with a towel ensuring you are ready before entering.
What is Sport Massage

Will it hurt?
Due to the nature of some injuries, some aspects of treatment may initially be uncomfortable; With an in depth understanding of the issue at hand, I work thoroughly and sensitively to reduce any pain and discomfort experienced to a minimum.
