Loose clothes and shorts preferably! You will be covered by a towel at all times, only the area being treated will be exposed. You will usually be asked to remove your clothing but not your underwear whilst I will leave the room to allow you to undress/dress and enable you to cover yourself with a towel ensuring you are ready before I re-enter the room.

Due to the nature of some injuries, some aspects of treatment may initially be uncomfortable, but with the used of certain techniques I will work sensitively to reduce any pain and limit discomfort experienced to a minimum.
I will be communicating throughout the treatment to make sure the techniques and pressure are to your liking.
